More than a whole beef is negotiable.

We are pleased to offer you beef through our locker beef program. Whole, half, and quarter animals are available. We ask that quarter beef buyers find another person or group of people to purchase at least another quarter. We welcome you to a tour of our ranch to see how we raise our beef. Depending on the butchering schedule, it may be possible for you to choose your animal. Russell's Custom Meats in Canyon City, Oregon processes the beef. The carcass will be hung for 10 days after slaughter to dry age and tenderize the meat. You will need to contact Russell's to let them know how you want the carcass cut. Shipping:
Upon ordering your meat it will arrive at your residence between 6 and 17 calendar days.
Each UPS shipped order is packaged in an insulated box with dry ice. In most cases the dry ice will have evaporated by the time you receive your order, but the beef will still be frozen.
